    High value culture and a team of 20,000 agents willing to help you! Use your resources effectively and Geek Squad will feel like second family.

    Cons

    Sometimes clients can be the worst. If you're good with people, you won't have much of an issue. Just don't let them get under your skin and understand that their frustration is stemming from their issue, not from you!

    Time and a half on 4 holidays throughout the year if worked, otherwise regular PTO (Thanksgiving, 4th of July, and a couple others, maybe NYE and something else if I remember right)

    Insane hours on Black Friday

    Advice to Management

    Look at the up and comers and give them credit even though they are young, or maybe especially so.

    I've really enjoyed my time working for Geek Squad. Best Buy and GS in general both have incredible cultures and the work environment is awesome.

    No issues with Geek Squad at all. Love it!
