    Teamwork is promoted, pay system is fair and competitive, opportunities to bonus, access to Best Buy discount

    Cons

    New system requires individuals to meet budget goals and shifts attention away from needs of client to meeting revenue.

    Great corporate culture
    Fun, quirky corporate identity
    Fast-paced, keeps you on your toes

    Less-than-ideal oversight of the business by Best Buy executives and upper-level management

    Advice to Management

    Focus less on the revenue, and moreso on the client experience. Services as a whole are a zero-margin revenue band as it stands, providing a better client experience will help to retain those clients we already serve, and help to bring in new ones.

    work from home, flexible schedule, good benefits

    Cons

    Constant changes, not always positive. Recent change to third party out sourcing resulted in 70% of employees being let go.

    Advice to Management

    Put your employees first, then they will take care of the clients. Profits instead of quality trump this apparently.

    Awesome teamwork. You get to learn as much as you'd like about hardware and software repair.

    Cons

    No downsides other than complaining customers who do not understand consumer technology.

    Pros

    It's a fun atmosphere to be in and teaches you soft skills within a tech role. It'll definitely increase your people skills.

    Cons

    At its core, it's still retail. Dealing with clients can be over bearing at times, especially since most of them are already upset their tech doesn't work for them.

    Advice to Management

    Management has been great and very accommodating towards my schedule!

    hands on with computers.
    Shifts were not as long.

    Poor scheduling. Poor management.
