    Pros

What pros are there with this company?

    Cons

It doesnt matter how much you know about a computer, does not matter, how skilled you are... They have a set way to do things, and most of the time, you're just being yelled at by customers. And your upper management are always yelling at you to sell things to customers... Especially when they dont need them... This company only cares about money. The employee's and customers " clients " do not matter.

    Advice to Management

Allow your employees to work, dont hold them back...

I have been working at Geek Squad part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A great job if its your only job, but you will not have any down time ever. You will constantly be checking returned devices to put them on the floor, setting up client's p.c.'s, and handling customers. The starting pay is good, but you definitely work for your money.

    Cons

Odd shifts, inconsistent hours, and hectic work load.

    Advice to Management

Keep a more consistent schedule. Being available at all times should allow for coverage when needed, but consistency in one's schedule makes planning for life's events easier
