    Advice to Management

listen to your employees, Don't bring outside companies in to tell them how to do their own job.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Geisinger

    Pros

Work Schedule (Monday-Friday day shift. No holiday/No weekend requirement) Benefits package

    Cons

Lack of communication between departments and from upper level management. Unmanageable work load. Management only cares about quantity, not quality of work Upper level management in the case management department lack appropriate people skills and several do not have the experience one would think is required to be in those positions.

    Advice to Management

Worry less about making the outside world happy and focus on your own staff. Employee satisfaction is directly related to productivity.
