    Recommends

    Pros

    SME are in abundance.
    People are team oriented.
    Pay is comparable within industry.
Easy to communicate with senior management when they perform customer site visits.

    Cons

    Sometimes top management micro-manages.
Sometimes sense of need to know basis does not allow for good interactions.
Can be clock watchers and focus more on that than product of staff output.

    Advice to Management

Base promotions and raises based on past performance and ability and less on personality.
