Pros
You get good experience with your area of interest. Also if you ask questions they will get answered
Cons
Its a little isolating because its completely online so you're a little on your own for projects. Not a lot of face to face interaction

Pros
Great communication overall and awesome sense of community Lots of opportunities to improve Opportunities to continue after internship

Didn't see all of the content I worked on go out, but that is to be expected!

Gen Z Publishing Freelance Editing Review
Dec 14, 2017 - Anonymous FreelancerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The company is online, so there's a lot of flexibility to make your own schedule and the founder is really nice and easy to work with.
Cons
Sometimes it takes a while to get feedback and final approval on assignments.
- Former Intern★★★★★
Pros
- get that bullet point on the resume - proofread manuscripts that are mostly terrible, but sometimes decent
Cons
- no feedback from editor! You have no idea if your contributions matter, or if you're doing something wrong - there are a LOT of bad submissions to read through. This is a slush pile open to twelve-year-olds.
