Pros
I think the new CEO is really turning things in the right direction. You can tell she actually cares about people, both customers AND employees. Employees are being compensated more fairly and i feel like Katherine is actively trying to make a warm and enjoyable company culture.
Cons
Honestly if I had wrote this review a year ago, I would’ve filled up the cons section. But like I said, this company has and is undergoing a positive transformation. I think the main Con is that these positive changes are relatively new, so it feels like I’m holding my breath to see if this trend will continue. It’s hard to to totally forget how bad it was just a year ago so I don’t want to be too hopeful

- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Real busy, however the team is very helpful.
Cons
Not many holidays off for us.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Good entry level experience for those with little experience.
Cons
Mediocre management and they seem to promote the meanest people to the highest positions within a relatively short period of time; it’s all based on popularity rather than skill level it seems. Senior techs will only train you if they like you, and management never seems to coordinate training with the trainers. Overall, it feels that you have to become friends with your coworkers and managers in order to thrive here, otherwise they’ll find reasons to reprimand you regardless of how hard you work. The atmosphere is very reminiscent of high school or middle school.
