    Pros

the company is working on getting better training for employees in different departments.

    Cons

Not having enough work at some facilities to keep employees working 40 hours a week. A slow down in production.

    Advice to Management

Employees first. Employees want a job that has 40 hrs a week.

I have been working at Generac Power Systems full-time

    Pros

Company has been growing quickly through acquisitions - lots of opportunity to be a part of the transformation of this company from one that was focused on only the US market in the past to a more global business going forward. The people are fantastic here - smart, committed, and hard-working - and are very supportive of each other. Its fun to be part of a team that wants to win!

    Cons

Change can be painful for some - learning to adapt to new systems and new processes that have been implemented can be hard. But the positives definitely outweigh the negatives as there are many investments being made in the facilities, the systems and technologies.

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing ahead with the transformation - it might feel difficult some days, but change is good and your team is behind you!
