    great flexibility and no micro management

    Cons

    You have to learn on your own how the company works. Communication and transfer of knowledge isn't so great.

    Advice to Management

    show more interest in what your employees own growth of knowledge to succeed and stay put.

    Pros

    Great teamwork, has good company culture, gym/fitness center, 401k, pension plan, good healthcare. Great work life balance, entire software division works a 9/80 schedule which is awesome!

    Cons

    actual salary number could be higher
