    Great benefits and leave plans and flexible hours (depending on your position), The atmosphere of passionate, hard working, like minded people leads to lifelong friendships.

    Great colleagues, very fair pay for the job you are hired for, and good benefits. Corporate focus on mission is embedded within all that you are asked to do. Recently renovated office complex. Christian non-profit that values persons of all faiths. Opportunity to hear speakers from around the world on a wide variety of justice, relief work, and peace-making issues

    Cons

    You MUST be adaptable and open to change. The agency is adjusting to a recent restructure and is still making changes in positions, responsibilities, and structure.

    This organization allows young adults to be placed in various areas through out the world to invest two years of service in areas that it is needed.

    Cons

    There are some discrepancies within the organization, that need fine tuning to fit the generation, and the times ahead.

    Global Ministries provides a great experience to serve on a global scale. They have relationships and partnerships all of over the world. Their work allows one to tap into a global network that activates to respond to immediate calamity and work with partners to strengthen long standing initiatives.

    Cons

    On boarding can be minimal. Can be in seemingly perpetual transition.
