    Pros

    Person with experience that will be able to handle any issues that arise form environment challenges. Excellent helpdesk service . with hold your clients with cotton gloves. will own the challenges and bring them to completion. compassionate and faithful worker.

    Cons

    Always find with in himself to extent courtesy, to clients while dealing with them. Has the gift of the gap to deal with difficult clients. Doesn't take this work home. But with tact following the SLA of the contract with deliver results with consultation of this supervisor.
