    Pros

    I loved speaking with the beneficiaries, and assisting them with all of their issues so they can be provided with peace of mind.

    Cons

    The schedules they have to choose from is inconvienient, the pay is low unfortunately this resulted in the majority of employees needing second jobs. The management was also poor regularly, this is because she had little structure and too much opinion. Terrible lady at times.

    Advice to Management

    Worry more about structure that judgements, spend less on bonuses and more on cleanliness of the building, better headsets, more flexible schedules, friendlier supervisors, more opportunities to grow the career beyond Internal Support Group Customer Service Reps., there needs to be real opportunities for CSR's with highest senority to be offered supervisor positions, Human Resources, etc. You post the job openings on the teamworks page, actually consider internal applicants.

    Compensation is on par with most Help Desk positions

    Cons

    Very little IT work actually done
    More along the lines of customer service

    More constant and fair scheduling and staffing.
