    Pros

The company has several divisions. There are so many diferent career opportunities.

    Cons

Very difficult to advance. There is a lot of favoritism in the work place. People that are not qualified to do the job are promoted or hired over people already working there. Senior Leadership does not listen to the staff. Pay is horrible for this area.

    Advice to Management

Show up unannounced and inspect the workplace. Listen to your team. Stop playing favorites. Evaluate the salary.

I have been working at General Dynamics Information Technology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Students looking for part time work, this is the place for you.

    Cons

At many of the call centers, policies and procedures are not enforced which leads a lot of the customer service reps to think that they can get away with almost anything and to a certain extent, they can. This makes it hard for csr's that actually want to work when they have to worry about whether or not they will be physically attacked by another co-worker or verbally abused by Supervisors or Managers.

    Advice to Management

Clean house within the low performing call centers, starting with Management!
