    Pros

    Being able to help consumers understand their Health coverage and help them get into the right plan for individual
    coverage or family coverage.

    Cons

    The supervisors are hardly at work to assist with issues that arise with issues with work or personal matters.

    There is no opportunity for advancement.

    Pros

    Easy work, some growth opportunity from entry level to supervisor or quality.

    Cons

    Site leadership is inconsistent and each team works individually, not together.

    Advice to Management

    At the site level, learn to work together so all supervisors and CSRs are getting the same, unified experience.

    Pros

    Somewhat flexible schedule around schooling

    Cons

    Very disorganized leaders. Was misled about employment in regards to longevity and working conditions as well as reimbursement for schooling.

    Pros

    Call center agents can get away with applying for their exact job immediately after being fired.
    Very lenient attendance policy.

    Cons

    Management are inconsistent between each other.
    Minimal appreciation for their workers other than an email.
    HR will not investigate sexual harassment claims that have no evidence, yet have been reported on three separate accounts by three separate employees.

    Before sharing information with the call floor, get facts straight.

    Pros

    It is a fun job and challenging - GDIT is a good company, however read about the cons about who they are doing it for.

    Cons

    The company they are doing the data analysis for doesn't seem to have a clue about what they are doing. They claim to be one of the "best" and "biggest", but they can even supply data tests to analyze. It is like the blind leading the blind. They leave people waiting three and four days for data with excuses. Unacceptable! This was a scheduled run,

    Advice to Management

    GDIT needs to have penalty clauses with the company that if they don't have don't have their data when they said they would would - they still pay the GDIT people for their time. Otherwise, the GDIT people end up getting sent home and mad at GDIT for something that is not GDIT's fault. This company KNOWS when data is scheduled and should have resource on their end to get it processed for analyzing by GDIT?

    Having excellent writing skills, I copiously notate accounts with completed actions for constituents to follow.

    Pros

    Consistent pay. Opportunity to work in other departments temporarily.

    Cons

    Policies changed frequently. Some were nonsensical. Difficult to get schedule changed if it didn't work for you. No raises unless you went to a different department.

    Advice to Management

    I feel like management has no idea who I am, and I am one of the better employees. More can be done to boost morale
