    A billion+ $ in sales;
    Strong, diverse (in products) company;
    Flexible, 9/80 work schedule;
    Excellant health/medical benefits;

    Cons

    Company pushes 'diversity' (among people), but is not as diverse as they say. They need to embrace domestic partner benefits and come into reality along with 'the big three', 'AmEx', and many other businesses in the area in order to stay competitive.

    Professional advancements are not given when they are deserved or to who deserves them. Many highly qualified, experienced people are passed over.

    Advice to Management

    Company needs new blood;
    Upper management needs to not worry about their IC, but worry about their employees;
    Embrace new technology.
