I worked at General Healthcare Resources full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The staff on a personal level are great.

    Cons

You will work more than 40 hours a week. Low salary + low commission structure unless perm. Sort of a churn and burn type environment regardless. No real growth potential or learning opportunities.

    Advice to Management

More positivity and encouragement, offer on-going training so employees don't feel stagnant.

I have been working at General Healthcare Resources full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

GHR is very active in posting agency nurses. Waiting time is very low. They are one step ahead of the positioning nurses in health care system. There is assist and support at all time. pay is fair. I have worked with Sandra stewart in GHR. I have been feeling she is very much concerned about nurses, following my problems and trying to solve them. Sandra has been very proffetional. Proactive. I have enjoyed working with Sandra as well as April, very much, all the time. I feel there is somebody with me, all the time.

    Cons

Mistakes which happens regarding of Pay, and of course underpay all the time!!!! It gets ridiculous sometimes.

    Pros

I have worked for GHR for just under a year. In my short time I can honestly say I am extremely impressed by the company ethics, growth potential and work life balance. I feel that I am valued as a full time permanent employee and if needed, I could reach out directly to any senior management without question. There is great moral within the company and other employees including respect and a comradery for team work and success. I am proud to say I work for GHR and hope to see many years to come!

    Cons

At this time I do not have any cons to list. -- I am very happy!
