I worked at General Motors (More than a year)

    Pros

Paid okay for requiring no skills

    Cons

Temporary employees received no days off, no health benefits and no bonuses. It was frowned upon even to ask for a day off. Rumors about being laid off were always floating around so you were constantly in fear of losing your job.

Ease up with giving temp employees time off, they have lives too
