I have been working at Generali Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good medical benefits, Good environment and structure for managers who are not performing

    Cons

Toxic culture, long working hours for no reason when you can work remotely. They say they are ok with remote workers but in reality management frowns on this and tries to justify taking remote working away from senior employees. Micromanagement, an outdated tactic relished by dinosaur management to make them feel like they are accomplishing something when in actuality they can’t even help you solve your issue. No empowerment...

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring managers that are not qualified to do the job. Dinosaur managers are too far removed and disconnected from the innovative world we live in today. Pay more attention to your people, be consistent with your message and don’t micromanage.

    Pros

None other than a slightly pleasing logo.

    Cons

Horrible leadership in N.A. Surly and imperious regional manager whose average tactical skills are no substitute for hideous, non-client centric demeanor.

    Advice to Management

Listen to what your internal people say.
