    Pros

    Great Group of people to work with. Most Managers have been with company 5 to 10 years.

    Cons

    They don't do total renovations to their rooms. Only piece meal the projects so rooms are never totally refreshed unless you are the higher end hotels.

    Advice to Management

    If CEO was not so Greedy would be a better company. Always selling hotels so he can make money but not putting the money back into hotels. Company does patch work renovations.

    Devise a long term business strategy and stop managing like a sole proprietor
