    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Generation Mobile Preferred full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Still looking for the pros. Employees are nice, but many throughout organization are frustrated. A pro is that you will receive a paycheck

    Cons

Pay is deplorable. Many goals not being achievable, allowing company to pay out reduced commissions. Health care benefits will devour the already small paycheck.

    Advice to Management

Take care of all employees, they take care of the customers. Treat them with dignity and respect. Follow the core values set forth on the website, beginning with integrity. Be honest and follow agreements.

I worked at Generation Mobile Preferred (More than a year)

    Pros

Worked with my school schedule, I'm a student
    Gave me training I needed

    Cons

During the time I got hired in, 2016, there was a big merger happening so there were a lot of processes that were still being figured out and it was a bit mixed up. However, I'm sure they've handled it now.

I worked at Generation Mobile Preferred full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility in scheduling and time off

    Cons

Lies about raises. Was promised a raise that didn't come through. Kept records and consistently asked about the status and was always told "we are working on it". Went in one morning and they informed me that my position had been eliminated. Nothing else. No notice, no excuses. They also lied to my former co-workers and told them they gave me "3 months notice" and "that I knew it was coming for 3 months". Very shady. Previous management under Solutions Ready was not a shady......

    Advice to Management

Follow through with what you tell your employees. If a district manager promises a raise, then the raise should be granted. If you know your'e going to let an employee go that has had NO previous disciplinary action, at least give them some time to make arrangements or find another position in the company and at least ask if the employee would be up for switching fields.
