I have been working at Generations / Gaither's Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The Pay is great for such an easy job.

    Cons

The things you put up with and some of the workers you work with keep drama going. Its like working with high school students

    Advice to Management

Stop blaming the workers for everything and listen to them. Everything should be done just because its money involved.

    Pros

Working with the patients teaches me a lot and how to deal with the real world on a daily basis.

    Cons

The pay sucks for what we deal with at Magnolia McKenzie Campus, they don't give their 90 day raises on time like they're supposed to.. They don't listen to anything you try to tell them about patients. Its all about the company getting a check from our patients.

    Advice to Management

Change the management, give raises ON TIME, and think about how we feel about dealing with certain things that you choose NOT to do.
