Pros

Only good thing about this company is salary on time. Nothing else however they fire anytime anyone. Both husband wife discuss office things on their dinner table and next morning, terminate anyone. They are good to run a grocery shop not a HealthCare IVD business. They know nothing about ethics.

Cons

Nothing pros. Illiterate management and bad unethical business attitude. Every single product they sell is Chinese supplied which they change the label and sell make in india. All documents for manufacturing licences are fake. CDSCO is so idiot. Fake poster presentations. No data of samples, validation. No due diligence of process. Fake validation datas. All expenses goes into event sponsorships globally. Zero expenditure on R&D and innovation. Incompitent team members in all departments.. Everyone in the company is manipulate not by choice but by force by the manegement. I am sure one day governments of india and excise tax department will put a lock on this office and all the employees will go jobless and few in Jail including neeraj gupta.

Cons

Toxic Workplace | Unethical Practices | Harassment 🚨 I had an extremely distressing experience at Genes2Me as an employee. From day one, there were red flags, but I gave the company a chance—only to face workplace harassment, unethical business practices, and an unfair forced resignation. 1.Hiring &False Promises: Hired after an 11-minute interview, which felt rushed and unstructured. Promised one role but was made to handle two job roles (scientist + product specialist) without extra pay. 2.No proper onboarding; I was given no work initially. When I asked, I was shuffled between managers . 3.Toxic Work Culture & Harassment: Unethical pressure: I was repeatedly pressured to extract confidential data from my previous employer. 4.Uncomfortable behavior: My managers would stare at me all day, lean too close while talking, and create an uncomfortable work environment. Asked me out for coffee out of work place. 5.Discrimination Bias: management did not like that I had male colleagues as friends, so they buried me in work and made false accusations about my behavior. 6.Fake Performance Warnings: I received a fabricated warning email claiming I had been verbally warned before (which never happened). 7.Shaming and Gaslighting: they dismissed my harassment complaints, instead policing my dressing, laughing, and interactions with colleagues. 8.Unethical Business Practices: The company fakes documents for product approvals and licensing. As soon as I successfully developed a diagnostic kit for them, they stopped assigning me work—showing they were only using me temporarily. 9.Employees are silenced: Even when other employees including HR wanted to support me, they were warned to stay out of it. 10.Unfair Resignation & Salary Withholding: They forced me to resign and refused to accept my resignation because I included all the issues I faced. When I refused to write a clean resignation, they withheld my entire month’s salary. I had to beg and even threaten legal action to get my rightful pay. Eventually, after filing a complaint with the Haryana Labour Department, they finally released my salary. This was the worst experience of my professional life, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Final Verdict: DO NOT JOIN Genes2Me. This company is built on fraud, harassment, and exploitation. The management is toxic, unqualified, and unethical. If you value your mental health, career, and integrity—STAY AWAY!
