    Pros

Stable work . Good benefits . Garanteed 40 hours whether you work it or not .

    Cons

They will force you to work short staffed and do not hire enough employees to cover the workload. Mangers make less a year than normal employee so there is no advancement opportunity, you take a pay cut. The company hires anyone and everyone whether they suck as a worker and/or LAZY. Co workers are miserable and hate there life and take it out on you. Too many safety regulations for what they pay. 2 years of employment and only got a .70 cent raise. No set schedule they put me on night shift for a year straight and stress about you getting overtime to make up for garbage pay an hour. Final pay was $17.76 an hour after 2 years of employment. trillionaire dollar business should pay there workers to keep them and take there job seriously which results in less accidents at work
