Genesis is a great company; I've been here for two years and enjoy what I do. I currently work at the Stockton Center, where my coworkers are really friendly and helpful. I am grateful for the opportunity to work for such an amazing company.  It's heartwarming to see how far the kids have come. My bosses are fantastic and always go out of their way to help me when I need it. The HR department is kind and professional. The organization operates well together, and I am looking forward to continuing my career with Genesis.

There are no cons, Genesis is extremely polite to everyone, and seeing all of these negative reviews breaks my heart because they genuinely care about everyone's well-being.

If they don't like you, they will make this place the most miserable place to be. I have never been more disrespected in a professional setting than this place. Everyone in the building is miserable and the turnover rate is crazy. This place will make you never want to work in the ABA field again! "Corporate" as they call themselves, have never even worked in the field and create idiotic rules. They allowed a child WITH COVID in the building and refused to inform staff in a timely matter. You have been warned, worst company, terrible management, and constant disrespect! If you have any self-respect, a backbone, and a minimum of two brains cells, do not work at this establishment. :)

Can get your certification through them. Clients are great.

Covid precautions are terrible. Multiple shut downs due to this. BTs are not supported properly & definitely not paid enough to deal with Payroll/Hr/management teams. They’ll make you want to quit.

LAZY! They say they'll train you but they don't. I was thrown in, along with another new BT, the FIRST DAY I was there right after paperwork. I had no idea what I was doing, nobody was there to help or train me, neither of us. The BT had to leave so she just left me with the client alone. I felt so bad for him. They are wasting his time, his family's time and money. They are the most unorganized and apathetic people I have ever met. Not nice to the kids and not willing to help fellow BTs learning. They talk badly about clients that are sitting right next to them. The nastiness center ever, I'd advise everyone to take their kids out. They shouldn't be running. I am so glad I have found a different company that is actually passionate about ABA because this company almost ruined the whole job experience and position for me.
