Pros
Small close-knit team. Mostly, if not all women. Relaxing atmosphere, just plug in your ipod ear-buds and type till your fingers hurt. I increased my typing speed dramatically from 9,000 kph to 14,000 kph.
Cons
Weird schedule. Everyday it's different. They call you in the am to tell you when to come in, then you work until everyone finishes entering all the documents received for the day. The earlier they called you in, the more work there was. They never called you in earlier then 11am. Never stayed past 10pm.
