    The management group personnel are TOP Notch!

    Cons

    They are just not set up to effectively operate at least the properties I oversaw and maintained.

    Advice to Management

    Budgets are tight,and preventative maintenance on equipment is equaling capital projects.Systems need attention and budgeting for in realistic allocations.

    Cons

    Poor internal communications. Lack of attention to deadlines. The top guy's pet projects get all the resources.
