Love most of the people I work with and, of course, my residents.
Cons
The top management does not recognize anyone except for nursing or the squeaky wheel. In the years I have been there, I have gotten one legit raise that was not an across-the-board type raise. HORRIBLE insurance that is way too expensive and doesn't cover many things.

They give you the run around. Don’t feel like there any positive support from administration or corporate for that matter. They leave you wondering and trying to find answers on your own. No sense of direction. They allow Agency staff to do what what they want. No sense of structure. And when you speak up you don’t feel supported.
