    I have been working at Genesis10 full-time

    Pros

Great opportunity, good pay for entry level

    Cons

They say we will have a consultant working with us while being employed, but the person never checks in. They say contract to hired but my position is not, I will have to officially apply to the company and it is not guaranteed.

    I worked at Genesis10 full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Upfront about compensation package I would receive if hired as a Recruiter
Standardized pay & commission plan for all Recruiters
Understanding in terms of family or religious obligations requiring time out of office
Great tools for Recruiters to use to find and connect with talent
The company is continually working to find/create a variety of ways to service its clients
Annual President's club trip for top performers

    Cons

Monthly "all hands" conference calls can be intimidating to junior level employees and not a particularly good use of time.
Cut-throat environment - I have heard of sales people fighting over who should get credit for a deal
They don't do a great job of making the company feel as "one". Felt more like various fiefdoms with hierarchies in place, both in terms of branch relationships and teammates within individual branches.

    Advice to Management

Consider changing monthly "all hands" conference calls to require only Branch Managers, Sales & Recruiting/Delivery Managers attend and then have those parties provide feedback/praise/guidance to the other team members in their branch.

I have been working at Genesis10 full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I have worked at G10 for 6+ years and it has been a blessing to have such a great team and rewarding job. Everyone on the team is supportive of each other's successes and has become like family. We are encouraged by our CEO to share our ideas and suggestions for improvement each week. The work-life balance is a great perk with the opportunity to work remotely and balance schedule when needed for family commitments. Uncapped commission and competitive base salary. The fact that so many of our employees have been here for 5-10 years speaks to the great environment we have to grow in at G10--that just doesn't happen at our competitors in this industry.

    Cons

Some of our internal processes don't have a lot of flexibility when we are in crunch time.

I have been working at Genesis10 full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good work life balance, ability to work from home and generous vacation time

    Cons

Health insurance premiums are expensive, deductibles and out of pocket max are high. Most staffing firms have better coverage for less money for their full time employees. No match on the 401k, most other firms also offer that. No other benefits - all fees for 401k and HSA accounts come out of employee's pocket.

    Advice to Management

Offer better benefits to your employees! So many recruiters and sales people are only staying a couple years and going to competitors because of it.

I have been working at Genesis10 full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I have been with Genesis10 for over 15 years. I love the Entrepreneurial environment. Many of my peers have also been with the company for long time. This is unusual in our industry where there is typically high turnover in the sales and recruiting roles. No caps on how much $$ you can make. The leadership is supportive, involved and accessible. It is like a large family with a unified goal of success. Open platform to share ideas and feedback. Harley Lippman is involved and a thought leader in this industry.

    Cons

None that come to mind at this time.
