    quiet - if you work on Honda, stable

    Cons

    not the same company - with the take over by MXM all the old Genex folks are gone

    figure out what you want to be and stick with it.

    Inconsistent leadership across the organization. Lacking clear identity and strategic development within the company. Creative leadership marginalized.

    Pros

    There are lots of different projects to work on since it is a client based business. This exposes you to many different domains and types of projects, so it's a great place to learn a lot of new things in a short amount of time.

    Cons

    There are limited growth opportunities and it's tough to maintain a work/life balance.

    Pros

    Flexibilty to work from home meaning that you can have more time with your family.Autonomy to schedule job. Supportive environment and company fosters team work. Staff are ftiendly and is always willing to help

    Cons

    Work is atleast 50 percent travel so you take the rest of your work home which can be hard if you have young children.

    Advice to Management

    No advice. Again, the managers and supervisors are super supportive as well as other collegues.

    The services provided by Genex are valuable and normally highly appreciated by the customers. People with disabilities are benefitted.

    Cons

    The staff is viewed as dispensable. Little effort is made to develop and retain good workers. Money/budget drives all management decisions ignoring quality in the process.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate your best employees as they will be your major marketing tool in a competitive business.
