    Pros

I don't have any pros. Get frustration right from beginning because still need to work 9:30pm-10:30pm to call India to get the knowledge transfer for the previous employee on this position and he left and back to India. This employee promised very well at the beginning to do the knowledge transfer, but the result is really didn't help much at all.

    Cons

    A big lier.
    (1) Everyone in Genpact say you are hired as a permanent employee. If this client cuts your position, we can find you other position easily. THAT IS NOT TRUE.
(2)In the EXIT agreement document that Genpact asked me to sign, It says I will receive certain amount of severance after I mailed the Genpact laptop, a badge and send the signed EXIT agreement to their HR address to Danbury CT 06810. But, the HR person doesn't issue me any severance pay at all. She just say, let me check on it. Then, there is no more reply.
    (3) there are more.

    Advice to Management

If your HR promise something, they should do what they promised, don't be a big lier.

I worked at Genpact Content Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I worked with Genpact Headstrong Capital Market.

I worked in the client side in India. So, I haven't seen any pros, which I can share here. If you work in their own office space, rathar than in a client side, may be you will get good exposure to their benefits.
If you get an offer from them where you have to sit in the client side (for some banking projects) in India, don't go for that option. The headache will be very high as you have to follow up for every small thing.

    Cons

I worked with Genpact Headstrong Capital Market.

    Lots of cons -
    1. They don't take care properly of the employees, who are working in the client side in India.
    2. They never reimbursed my relocation amount.
    3. They don't have any specific system to submit your rents, saving proofs for tax calculation.Every time you have to spend money from your pocket to send those documents to their Bangalore or Delhi office through courier.
    4. Before joining, they will explain you different roles related to your position and after joining, you will end up serving different roles.
    5. You will see that lots of trainings are conducted, but you will be unable to attend any of them as you are in client side and at client side, only billing matters.
    6. Email communications of HR department was very bad. They will never response you in time and they will start communicating properly, when you resign.
    7. The HR policies are not at all good.

    Advice to Management

No advice to the management. Because it's useless to provide them advice.

My only advice to the senior IT professionals is that you join Genpact only when if you don't have any other option in your hand.
