I have been working at Genpact Process Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good pay and benefits.
Major holidays are paid time off.

    Cons

Ineffective account managers. They don't answer phone. Lots of unpaid time spent on compliance tasks.

    Advice to Management

Pay for time spent on compliance. Communicate annual contract negotiations. I almost accepted another job offer because Genpact had not informed me of my contract status.

I have been working at Genpact Process Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The starting pay is what gets you in the door. The friends you make makes the job tolerable.

    Cons

Because they are contracted in, you are at the whim of the contract. But it seems that the company itself is not above scare tactics to get their employees to do what needs to be done to KEEP the contract. Working in a panicked environment is not healthy and your employees will burn out in the long run.

    Advice to Management

Making your staff feel as if they are dispensable wont get you the best work performance.
