    Pros

    High tech
    Fake Swans in the pond
    Free soft drinks

    Cons

Not competitive wages if you are an engineer, lower management, or skilled labor.
If you put in 2 weeks as an engineer, lower management, or skilled labor, you will be walked out that minute. They have done that several times within a month.

Bonus is used as a selling point for its low wages. But it gets heavily taxed, and isn't guaranteed to be decent.

    Advice to Management

Stop thinking prestige is an excuse to pay subpar wages. Having undertrained support staff with low pay in lieu of proper training, and low wages will not get you, or keep skilled employees around forever.
I miss the people I worked with, but I won't miss the company or its policies.
