I have been working at Gentle Dental & Orthodontics full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The doctors and back office staff are great!

    Cons

Double booked schedule, rarely get a raise, impossible to get a bonus. They work you really hard and it's hard on the body. A lot of employee turnover.

    Advice to Management

Management only cares about your production. They don't care about you as an individual. This company is money driven! Stay away from working here!
