    team atmosphere, local management is exceptional, advancement opportunities, focus on customer


    senior management is disconnected, HQ culture is jus the opposite of the field - not concerned about customers or employees

    If you need experience doing a job, its here. Benefits, to working here - well.....


    No training, no job path, no help from HQ. Management cages talented people to make themselves look great and smother them. Bait and switch to keep workers down. No reason to come here unless you are a sadist. You could fit right in.

    No advice. They will not listen since they are too smart for you.
