    Pros

    Great people, a focus on building a fun culture and utilizing the office space to incite excitement and fun (office rooftop, etc.)

    * Excellent benefits and PTO
    * Emphasis on training, learning, and excellence

    Cons

    *No room for growth
    *Disconnect between leadership and field offices
    *Corporate pressures that pose challenges to client retention and relationship management
    *A massive network of agencies and services that should theoretically work in tandem, but fails to deliver seamless experiences (due to disconnect/high turnover)

    Listen to your field office, retailer specialists, and clients to adapt to the marketplace. Invest in the retention and advancement of your people to avoid high turnover.

    Pros

    Lots of big agency resources, great place to start your career, most people are great to work with.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

    Retain talent by providing more culture that competitive agencies have. Upper management needs to be more involved when necessary.
