    Pros

The atmosphere is great, the people play hard but work harder. The work life balance is the best I've ever heard of.

    Cons

A but behind the times on things. Not much digital capability. And the introduction/training is lackluster... Definitely a sink or swim scenario.

I have been working at Geometry Global full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great place for working moms. Appreciate the flexibility to juggle work and being a mom.
Mid-western culture evident - team members are great about supporting each other.
    Insurance benefits are are plus.

    Cons

Loyal, hard working, long term employees not fairly compensated. We're told to leave if we want to make more money. Have to come in as an outside employee to make within the salary ranges established for each title.

    Advice to Management

Recognize and compensate your loyal employees that have been with you for a few+ years especially if their quality of work is deserving.
Listen to what is shared during exit interviews and make impactful changes.

    Invest in your people.

I have been working at Geometry Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

flexible schedule, work/life balance most of the time.
Friendly people, but they leave after ~1.5 yrs.
    Decent culture with fun events.

    Cons

Promotions are constantly getting delayed, when they actually do happen there's no rhyme or reason why (could be there 1 yr vs 2.5), unless of course you happen to sit near the president of the office.
Pay is low, with little to no increases for years....company thinks 'flexible schedule' is a replacement for actually giving raises.
Unrelenting favoritism, the leaders with the loudest voices get whatever they want for their favorites.
HR is not helpful at all when you express interest in other areas of the company.

    Advice to Management

Listen to what people say in their exit interviews and improve on it and maybe people will stop leaving so rapidly.
Stop the politics and reward people who work around the clock for your brands.

    Pros

Great people and lots of opportunity for advancement. The benefits are awesome! The NY office has a gym, cafeteria, shuttle from major transportation hubs, and a roof top.

    Cons

    Pay is below market rate.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees at least market rate and retention would be much higher.
