I worked at Geometry Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great place for a college graduate who's looking to put a big name of WPP company on his/her resume. Also to get the feeling of working for a big company.
Great Life/Work balance, plenty of days off and holidays. Nice office.

    Cons

Huge turnover rate, no matter how long you are working for the company you are one step away from getting let go. They will let go as many employees they need to keep their top management on board. Top management do not care: no reviews, no salary increase, no feedback, etc. Everyone you talk to is planning on leaving the company. Even though HR is working hard, the company's moral is its lowest, no more bagel/thirsty Thursdays , no more Christmas parties or company birthdays and so on.
Systems are outdated and nobody even considering to improve something.
Lack of career opportunities, you will simply absorb someone's role without any career development or financial incentive.

    Advice to Management

I am sure that Chicago and Akron offices are doing much batter but, it feels like NY office requires to be reorganized ASAP.

I have been working at Geometry Global full-time

    Pros

Great people, a focus on building a fun culture and utilizing the office space to incite excitement and fun (office rooftop, etc.)

    Cons

Shifting leadership means uncertainty for the state of the business, Unilever accounts seems to carry the whole company on it's back (in NY) since the other clients don't make a substantial drop in the bucket
