I have been working at Geometry Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Geometry has the potential to be great. The benefits i.e Health, Dental, Fitness Center, Cafeteria, Training Programs, Shuttle to work, and Rooftop are appealing when you enter the company and are great

    Cons

Lower salary, Unprofessional HR, difficulty climbing the ladder, and horrible work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

Show your people you appreciate them and turn-over would not be a high as it is.

I worked at Geometry Global (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great people, smart shopper strategists

    Cons

Lack of compensation, loss of clients, poor support from EXCO

    Advice to Management

Identify the individuals who are going to drive business growth and compensate them properly to do so. This agency is filled with individuals just looking to get their paycheck and go home and in order for it to turn around they need to have dedicated individuals proactively enforcing change.

    Pros

There are great benefits at Geometry. The offices are closed the week between Xmas and New Years which don’t count towards your PTO allotment. You get all bank holidays. Then you get 3 float days, 10 pto days, and 8 summer Friday’s that you can use as 8 1/2 days or 4 full days. So with this all together you get as many as 17 days pto plus the week their closed in dec so at least 23 days or over a month not including holidays! . And if you’re in NY you get 10 sick days. This is a ton of time off and makes working there rewarding

    Cons

Our account supervisors were always horrible. And there appeared to be a lot of deceptive or shady behavior by them and the account team. They hired people who were secretive and not skilled in the field they managed.

    Advice to Management

Account supervisors hiring criteria needs to be re-evaluated

I worked at Geometry Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Comfortable office, good team members, friendly managers. They love their office parties. There's a variety of client work so it's always interesting and you never feel dull creatively.

    Cons

Lazy project management and account executive positions would push off work to the little guys and rush everything. LOTS of lay-offs recently due to financial issues.

    Advice to Management

Train everyone properly. Learn from other companies that found ways to not lay-off people during hardships.
