    I have been working at George Mason University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The trainings prepare you to become a supervisor in any job you pursue.The coworkers all get along and create a comfortable working environment.Their are opportunities to expand your skills through workshops and training sessions.

    Cons

    Can be stressful dealing with difficult people but you must power through it.Every interaction with a client just prepares you to handle clients of all types an help you think quickly on your feet.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work. Management really cares about the client and operations services representatives.
