I have been working at George Mason University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This place has very flexible hours and usually nice people. It's a decent experience for an undergrad student who needs a part-time, depending on which department there's usually a variety of projects. The location is on-campus which makes it easier for students who have transportation problems.

    Cons

The downside is there's limited growth for students especially after you graduate. The pay is very low.

I have been working at George Mason University full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people here are wonderful. From my colleagues to the managers, everyone has been friendly and willing to answer questions.

    Cons

I can't imagine that there are any - in the short time I've worked here, I've really enjoyed the experience.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps increasing the number of paid hours might be helpful to students who want to work more/allow others to work less.
