I have been working at Georgia College & State University full-time

    Pros

It's a beautiful campus, the pay is good (especially for the area), and everyone who works here is extremely nice. There are rarely any conflicts at work and it's a pretty stress-free environment. Your opinions are valued and you are able to "be yourself". 10/10 would recommend GC for employment.

    Cons

As with all higher education institutions, things can take a while to get done. This can be frustrating if you're not used to it.

I worked at Georgia College & State University (More than a year)

    Pros

Management is phenomenal. They are great people with great tradition. Very hands on in teaching new employees how to effectively run the Georgia College Den Facility

    Cons

There weren't really any cons. Maybe the biggest con was the constant fight for hours due to the amount of employees hired but other than that I can't really complain about a thing.

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing what you're doing. Maybe to solve the hours issue, hire less people and focus more on interviews when people are applying to work in the Den.

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

Great people and the students that you work with are respectable. Every day you meet new students and to be able to help college aged men and women is fulfilling.

    Cons

The pay isn't great for student workers and there is some disconnect between the different offices. Nothing that can't be fixed with some integration.

    Advice to Management

I would advise for the management to continue working on the "same" level as the student workers. They are obviously superior, but you would not guess it by the way they work with you.
