I have been working at Georgia College & State University full-time

    Pros

It's a beautiful campus, the pay is good (especially for the area), and everyone who works here is extremely nice. There are rarely any conflicts at work and it's a pretty stress-free environment. Your opinions are valued and you are able to "be yourself". 10/10 would recommend GC for employment.

    Cons

As with all higher education institutions, things can take a while to get done. This can be frustrating if you're not used to it.
