Pros
NONE and the only reason you are getting one star is because I can not put 0 stars this place gets away with what it does because its in the south and jobs are not plentiful in Augusta, GA
Cons
Negative work environment Lots of corruption Managers are lazy, directors incompetent If you file a complaint about medical documents being falsified corporate in Atlanta will find a way to fire you very low pay and no regular raises either do not apply run far and as fast as you can

Provides a great professional experience working closely with those who have been diagnosed with multiple psychological and developmental disabilities/disorders. There was some relative freedom to create programs and conduct group sessions in a way that met the needs of the specific group. Able to work closely with the clients and build rapport Good benefit options
Cons
Limited upward mobility Pay raises are uncommon despite positive employee reviews A lot of people are there just for a 'job' and it shows Poor organization within the units

Pros
Decent benefits. Some very caring staff that really want to make a difference.
Cons
Unfair pay grade schedules. They do not appreciate or reward education. LPN's are stuck and can not advance their careers and someone with a GED can get hired in to a position on a higher pay grade the LPN will not be considered for even if they are qualified. Discipline is on a pick and choose basis. Rules change mid game. Little job security.

You get a chance to work with some amazing people who are willing to help. You will learn alot.
Cons
Merit increases are not nearly enough and most departments usually start you off at the minimum of a pay grade. Any promotion after that is only a 5% increase if you are already within the pay range.

Pros
Not a bad place to work. Most of the employees are good honest people. Flexible with taking leave.
Cons
Very tight on their budget Insurance is not as good as you would hope Communication between separate departments is lacking No pay raises. Worked there over 5 years had one 2% cost of living increase Constantly dealing with rumors of closing
