None at all. The most ridiculous group of unqualified people running this place into the ground.

There is 0 leadership and accountability. This place is where talent goes to die. The mentality is 'its always done that way' or 'mr ___ told me to do it that way' even though said person hasn't worked there in years. Insanely week leadershipweek leadershipweek leadership who doesn't not deal with bully employees or ANY situation for that matter.

If you're okay with working in an environment that is essentially a haven for narcissist and their deplorable behavior then this is the place for you. Ever since Judy Fitzgerald took over the agency it has gone down hill. Government is known for cronyism, but this woman takes it to a new level. Promoting friends who have zero experience and giving them responsibilities that they are not equipped to handle, is her expertise. The fish is rotten from the head down. Everyone in senior leadership positions are either corrupt or incompetent or both. I've personally witnessed director level staff twerking in the main lobby right outside of Human Resources.
