    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

You will learn a lot. There is never a dull moment in prison.

    Cons

Management is absolutely terrible. GDC is all about who you know and not what you know. Management treats staff no better than the offenders.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Georgia Department of Corrections full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

You're given a lot of responsibility

    Cons

If you're not good at kissing behinds, this won't be the place to work for you. # Huge favoritism game. Job is extremely overwhelming at times. Management and supervisors are not good supervisors. Many of them are poorly educated, just been there a long time.

    Advice to Management

Build a relationship with your people, treat everyone the same.
