    Love helping the inmates accomplish their educational goals. Makes me feel like I am really giving back to society!

    It is hell to pay when you make more than or just as much as your supervisor!

    Advice to Management

    You are treating your teachers just like the public school system and pretty soon, you will not have any certified teacher that will be willing to come and work for you!

    Management is awful, cover their own behind and throw you under the bus any chance they get.
