    Pros

    Pay Health Benefits Tact squad

    Cons

Can’t trust everyone Too many work place relationships

    Advice to Management

If someone is performing above and beyond promote them don’t hold them back. The pay has gotten a little better but it could be much better. The work place relationships need to stop and come up with a program to build healthier officers.

      Advice to Management

Stop playing favorites, treat everyone equally, be more organized, stop pretending you dont have serious problems going on in prison. Stop covering up issues.
