        No overtime! Very clique based. If you are in with management, you'll do well. If not, don't plan on being more than a CO1

        Steady paycheck retirement plan

        Cons

        State of Georgia lost a lawsuit for flsa timekeeping. Seems like management has forgotten that. Staff has been made to work well over the 12 hrs scheduled. Management needs to work on managing tI'm and staff and put a procedure in place to get these sta# members relieve as this is more of a weekly matter than an occasional one. Lastly but definitely not least the prisons are dangerously undermaned this one has at least...

        Advice to Management

        Remember your people. Get out from behind your desk and talk to them. These are tough times. Leave the politics off the table on promotions. You know what I mean. Let the board actually pick the best one
