I have been working at Georgia Military College full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The salary is dent compared to the area College’s overall. Raises could be better.

    Cons

It’s a diploma mill; instructors are expected to pass everyone so enrollment goals are met.

    Advice to Management

Look at the leader of this place; deceitful practices across the board. Throw her staff under the bus to make herself the “king” in the eyes of her boss.
