        Pros

It’s a job. They’ll at least give you a paycheck. It can buy you enough time to barely get by while you work your fingers to the bone to claw your way out of that company and into something that’s actually going to benefit your life.

        Cons

Greedy. Don’t care about their employees. Pay is terrible. Benefits are a joke because Koch owns all those companies too so they’re really the only ones benefiting. There’s absolutely zero organization. Everyone who has any kind of power including “senior” operators all have some kind of god complex. They think that because they didn’t have the ambition to actually make something of themselves and are too stupid to be anything more than a mill rat, that it gives them the right to no longer work, take naps, watch movies, and sport events, and make the newer guys do everything. Even when things go wrong and you have no idea what to do, they don’t care. As long as they don’t have to get up, the whole place could burn down around them.

      Customer Service Representative CSR

I had an interview this afternoon for a customer service position in a call center. The ad was very vague to begin with and at the end of it I felt like I really didn't know anything more about the job. When I asked about the starting pay, which was not published in the ad, they looked incredulous (they were doing on-the-spot hiring today) and then asked me "What's your range?" And only responded with "I think we could meet that." And still never gave me a straight answer. Is this a red flag?

      Software Engineer

I did my initial interview with a “better established” startup and they said the interview process is 5 interviews. 3 technical then 1 interview with the CEO then another technical interview. Idk about you but that seems like a lot of interviews and they said they want to do it as fast as possible in a short time span. Is this a normal amount of interviews? Is this a red flag? For a full stack software position 4-5 years exp how much salary should be the norm in a hcol area?

Is it unprofessional to attend a Zoom interview from within your car? I am currently employed and just landed an interview for tomorrow. It is a virtual interview over Zoom. Should I try to find somewhere besides my car for the interview? I don't know that I could but wanted to get yalls thoughts on this.
