    Good for opening the door of opportunity

    Pros

    Looks good on resume. Plenty of opportunities to take on more challenges and get time in front of senior management. Company does a great job of training employees for the job.

    Cons

    Pay not comparable to the amount of work and time you put in. Low base pay and standard increases in pay over time (not based on value created as told). Company uses incentive compensation to distract employees from realizing they have a low base salary. Very few women and minorities in upper management and they aren't compensated as well if they are in the positions.

    Pay isn't too bad for the area

    Cons

    Too many union cry babies and coworkers who want to get paid top pay to do nothing. Work balance between (suposed skilled) coworkers is very unbalanced.

    Thanks but no thanks RUN

    Cons

    Praise MBM but has no idea how to run projects or change management process. DAMAIC and SiX Sigma are not used and are frown upon. No pay raise or cost of living adjustments.. Working at HQ in Atlanta maybe nice but the plants suck. Management does not accept change. I was salary and had to ask of take off major Holidays.
