    Pros

    Safety Oriented, many overtime opportunities in the summer months. Most employees are there to work hard and maximize production which is a plus. Supervisors are very hands on and always paying attention.

    Cons

    Some of the upper management came up through the company doing every job along the way. This may sound like a good idea and often it is, but in this case its seems that tenured employees do not always make the best upper managers.

    Competitive pay and relatively stable hours.

    Cons

    Upper management doesn’t care if they run you into the ground with mandatory overtime.
