    Extreme low pay, more job description equal more pay, but the limit the job descriptions and state etc... Experience does not help you move up. They require a Master's Degree for certain jobs, that other organizations and the private sector

    Working for the state government has been an overall good experience. The benefits were adequate, and there is much flexibility.

    Job is heavily dependent on who your managers are and who is the governor at the time.
