    Pros

    Being a GRA has great perks. The people I work with are great, but also it lightens the burden of tuition and the research is fulfilling.

    Cons

    The pay isn't the same as if I had gone to the workforce straight from ungrad but still livable

    I worked at Georgia Tech part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good work-environment, fair pay for the amount of work. I had a lot of freedom with how I graded exams, and made lecture content, etc.

    Cons

    The work got hectic often when I was grading hundreds of labs and was taking a full course load at the same time.
